Frequently Asked Questions
What types of training do participants receive before entering the workforce?
Most participants have completed our intensive, 60-hour, two-week personal and professional development training focused on career readiness, soft skills, goal setting, and mock interviews. They are then paired with one of our life transformation coaches to help stay on track with achieving their desired goals.
Can I hire someone directly from the program?
Yes! Many of our participants are ready and eager to work. We can assist in helping match you with qualified candidates, no recruiting fees required!
Does Connections to Success provide ongoing support after a participant gets hired?
Yes! Our life transformation coaching and ongoing personal and professional support continue well after employment to help ensure long-term success, both for the employee and the employer. Think of us as a dedicated extension of your HR team.
How can my company get involved beyond hiring?
There are many ways you can be involved! Your team members can volunteer as mock interviewers for our participants or serve as a guest speaker at one of our professional men’s or women’s groups. Additionally, you can sponsor a community program, host a career event at your location, or make a donation to support our work.
