Mission

One of the most powerful events we host is the Next Steps Celebration for participants who have completed our 60-hour, two-week intensive personal and professional development training. These events take place throughout the year at each of our different locations, but they always include the same amount of pride, joy, and enthusiasm about what comes next. We don’t call it a graduation, because it’s not so much of a finish line as it is a starting point for an exciting new life chapter.
