Does Connections to Success provide any support after the initial onboarding?

Yes! We offer multiple ways for you to use our Pathways to Success strategies and tools. From ongoing coaching and peer calls to tech support and networking, our goal is to ensure you’re fully equipped to implement and maintain your program.

What is included for Pathways Partners in the Pathways to Success membership network?

We have two tracks for Pathways Partners, both with customizable solutions and data management support:

Our first option allows you to select just the program components you need – for example, if you’re looking for someone to come in and facilitate a personal and professional development training for your organization’s participants.
Our second option teaches you how to implement all of the various elements of the Pathways to Success program, such as personal and professional development training, career coaching, mentoring and life transformation coaching, parenting and healthy relationships, and long-term engagement.
