Kesha Kent’s journey with Connections to Success began at Dress for Success Midwest, where she found not only professional attire, but also the confidence and support to pursue her goals and purpose. A St. Louis native, wife, and mother of three, Kesha built on that foundation to break the cycle of poverty and create a life filled with personal growth, leadership, and meaning. Today, she holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees and is an author, speaker, podcast host, and HR expert.

Now an advocate for Connections to Success and a Global Ambassador for Dress for Success, Kesha shares her story with women and organizations across the country, showing what’s possible when confidence, support, and opportunity come together.

Yes! Our programs are completely free to participants. We offer career development, professional attire, life transformation coaching, relationship skill building, long-term support, and more – all at no cost.

What kind of services do your programs offer?

We offer personal and professional development training, résumé building, mock interviews, business wardrobe styling, career coaching, life transformation coaching, professional men’s and women’s groups, mentoring, family and community events, connections to employment opportunities, and referrals for resources such as transportation, housing, and more.

Who can apply to participate in your programs?

We welcome participants from all backgrounds, without judgment. If you are ready for a change in your life and are facing challenges to overcome, then you’ve come to the right place. We are truly like a second family to the people we serve. Many of our program graduates go on to become volunteers and staff members at Connections to Success.

All you have to do is sign up for and attend one of our initial orientation sessions, where you’ll learn all about the services we have to offer! You can fill out our online form, send us an email, give us a call, or just come to one of our offices.
