Lynda Keeton is a dedicated leader who has spent more than two decades serving the nonprofit sector, empowering people and communities to thrive. As Director of Resource Development at Connections to Success, she oversees all fundraising efforts across St. Louis, Columbia, and Kansas City. Her work includes event planning, donor cultivation, grant management, corporate sponsorships, and leadership of Dress for Success Midwest – ensuring that resources are secured to sustain and grow the mission.
Originally from England, Lynda came to the United States as a student athlete and earned her degree from the University of Louisville, where she fell in love with American culture and community. Her career began in the criminal justice re-entry field before she moved to St. Louis in 2012 to join Connections to Success. Since then, she has held roles including Office Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Dress for Success Midwest Coordinator, and Resource Development Manager, bringing unmatched dedication and creativity to every position. She has also invested in her own leadership journey, completing the Athena Leadership Mentor Program, Georgetown University’s New Strategies Program, and the Frame Up For Funding Intensive Cohort.
Lynda’s heart for service extends beyond her professional role. She is an active member of the Daughters of the British Empire, a philanthropy group supporting women’s charities, and is a passionate soccer fan and certified Missouri soccer official. When she’s not cheering on her favorite teams, you can find her spending time with new daughter, Sutton – giving her beloved dog, Sullie, some unwelcome competition. Her commitment to connection, community, and transformation is at the heart of everything she does, making her an invaluable part of the Connections to Success team.
