Our Pathways to Success model has helped thousands of people transitioning from generational poverty, incarceration, domestic violence and other challenging situations to a place of greater hope, safety and economic independence. The model helps participants build confidence and empowers them to change their own lives. Pathways to Success incorporates active-learning strategies and activities that make lessons relevant and memorable for participants.

Mentoring plays a key role in our model. We’ll help you establish and implement a plan that pairs your participants with volunteer mentors and/or staff advocates who can help them work toward their goals.
This multifaceted approach meets people where they are, helps them establish a plan for the future, and delivers an innovative, informed solution to the complex issues around poverty.
As a member of the network, you’ll have ongoing access to exclusive member benefits, including: updated content, trainings, partnership opportunities, member events, advanced data management tools and technical support.
Members of our Success Accelerator Member Network can receive tailored data management support. We’ll help you identify and track performance measures for your unique context and goals, including metrics such as satisfaction and engagement. Members can also utilize a robust online data management system at a special members-only rate.
