We launched our Success Accelerator membership network and training services to help other organizations and groups break the cycle of poverty in their communities. Through Success Accelerator, we offer evidence-based strategies and turnkey solutions tailored to your goals and participants.

Both our customized trainings and our holistic service model can benefit nonprofits, corporations, community groups, schools, churches, government agencies and other groups seeking to address complex issues such as:

Funding for Success Accelerator

No matter your organizational size or budget, we want to work with you to find solutions that make a sustainable difference in the lives of your participants or staff. Many times, the funding needed to host a Success Accelerator training session or implement our curriculum can be achieved through your current funding channels. If more funds are needed, our Connections to Success team will help you explore funding and grant options available in your community.

Connections to Success is an approved Missouri Workforce Development Eligible Training Provider and qualifies for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds.
Tracking Your Success

Tracking data helps you evaluate your impact, identify ways to improve outcomes and justify funding for your programs. We’ve participated in multiple independent studies to analyze the impact of our Success Accelerator curriculum and ensure it produces results that matter – such as reduced recidivism, stronger families and greater economic independence for participants. We’ve invested in research so you can make a real impact.

We’ll help you identify and track performance measures for your unique context and goals. Whether you want to track staff satisfaction with workshops, employment outcomes, or other metrics that matter to you, we’ll work with you to collect the data you need.
